June 14th  – St. Louis Park's Parktacular Parade

Together We Can... walk with pride!!!
The Hopkins Area Jaycees will walk in St. Louis Park's Parktacular Parade on Saturday, June 14. The parade kicks off at noon. Please consider joining our delegation as we showcase all the great things the Jaycees have to offer!
We will be handing out membership information along the route and a description of our organization will be read over the PA system as we pass by the judges' stand.
We will meet at our new hall location, 5 7th Ave. N. (just across the alley from the old hall) at 10 am to carpool to the parade lineup area. We are unit #45 and the parade route is only a mile and a half. Please wear Jaycee attire. Families are welcome!
The parade will take place rain or shine.

June 14th  – Wine Cheese & Chocolate

Come to the Hopkins Area Jaycees Wine, Cheese & Chocolate Extravaganza! ! 

When: June 14th, 2008 at 7pm
Where: Hopkins Center for the Arts
1111 Mainstreet in Hopkins
Cost: $20 for Jaycees and $25 for non-Jaycees, feel free to invite your friends and family!

The Wine, Cheese and Chocolate Extravaganza is an event where various wines are paired with chocolates and cheeses. We will also have students from Le Cordon Bleu giving food demonstrations so you can wow your friends and family at your next party! 

There will be a Silent Auction as well with some great items including: Twins tickets (2 sets), financial services from a financial planner, one year membership to a local fitness club, teeth whiting, theater tickets to the Center for the Arts and many more!

Proceeds will benefit the Hopkins Area Jaycees and the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life.

July 18-19th  – Raspberry Festival Street Dances

The 2008 Raspberry Festival Street Dances

 July 18th and 19th 8:30 - 12:30pm. 

The Mason Dixons are playing on the 18th, and Uncle Chunk is playing on the 19th. Additional information can be pulled from the June Raspberry Newsletter.

July 26th  – St. Paul Saints Game

Come sing Take Me Out to the Ball Game during the seventh-inning stretch of the 
St. Paul Saints Game on Saturday, July 26, 2008

The Hopkins Area Jaycees and the Saint Paul Jaycees are headed to Midway Stadium on Saturday, July 26, 2008 for the St. Paul Saints vs. the Wichita Wingnuts 7:05pm game.
We’ll be tailgating before hand, time and location to be determined – soon.
Cost of tickets: $15.00 (This covers the cost of the ticket + tailgating rental space)
